69 Chevelle M20 Speedo Cable Clip

Looking for the clip that mounts under the lower left side trans-to-bellhousing bolt and holds the speedo cable in place. According to the factory assembly manual, the p/n is 3931466, but any reasonable facsimile will do. Any help appreciated!
