I think a guy could buy the entire package here, sell the shift lever for $150 and get the ball for free.

This is not an Impala handle. This is a console handle for Chevelles, and is completely different from the fullsize piece. I tried to inform the seller of this months ago, and he doesn't seem very interested in correcting the application..

Thanks for educating me! The Chevelle bucket seat handles are tough to tell from the late Impala handles.
