Default Wanted-Someone with 69 A body post car experience

Hey gang, parted out a 69 Buick Special (Canadian built) last year. I have a Hollander interchange manual, but there are some discrepancies, like, the book showed the car having the Olds rear, but in fact, this car had a Chevy 12 bolt! Manual says 'A' frames are different than Chev? Though frame is the same. I wouldn't want to sell an 'A' frame to a guy with a Chev. if the part is not right, you understand?

I am wanting a source who can tell me what Buick parts will work on a Chevy (2dr.post) so I can start selling these parts with confidence that they will fit a Chevy buyer when questions arise? Thanks, sYc!!

PM with contact info please.

I can see you want a firm confirmation on this. I haven't found a document which states the fact that A Body frames are interchangeable.

I have not seen any information other than people's statements that they all interchange.

Ryan

same...the diff in the a-arms is round and oval bushings..they physically interchange..you just use the bushing the control arm comes with..dont quote me..it kinda runs together..but 70-72 use the oval..69 down i believe is round bushings

canadain built skylarks do indeed have chevelle 12 bolts, its because of the supply chain to Canada.,,its a real chevelle 12 bolt built in ether Buffalo or...hmm..forgot the other plant...

68-72 frames interchange..there are diffs but they physically interchange..ive done it...so many times i dont know how many...its been so many...

theres a lot that interchanges between chevelle and the skylark post car...look at it like this..if its a Buick part..like trim...fenders, doors, some decklids, etc and most interior stuff..its buick...but if its hardware, like frame stuff..glass...latches..regulaters..seat frames...etc..it interchanges...

ask..if i can help i will..i have a dozen post cars across the GM lines...and have parted many dozens

as far as not seeing any info on the interchanges...you arent looking in the right spot...you need a hollanders manual..not a GM manual..GM assigns part numbers mostly to specific makes...hollander is an interchange manual..and only 2 times in my life..was it the one i own wrong..and the next edition it was corrected...the Hollander is the bible for salvage yards...or was...til the internet

No, I was merely using examples from that mentioned interchange manual. I do not have a frame, I junked it.
All help is appreciated though, thanks Ryan.

1st paragraph-that is nice to know and that is what I meant that I would want to know information wise to market the part correctly.
Regarding this quote-Bingo! what I am after, thanks Mark, "ask..if i can help i will..i have a dozen post cars across the GM lines...and have parted many dozens"
Last paragraph- I was born at night, just not last night --see my original post, 2nd sentence, and my manual below.

Mark, should have thought of you 1st off, you da man! You have ID'd countless things on here and I never cease to be amazed by your vast experience and knowledge. You ID'd that goofy spoiler for 80s Chrysler, remember? Many things between the 2 models I do know, but it is that few items I am not sure of and would like assistance. BTW, let the 12 bolt go last fall-$300
