The solid rivet style (on the left in your pictures) is correct for '69, to me that one looks original. Not sure about the one with the hollow rivet style; those are pre-69 but not certain when the changeover occurred.
Joe Perri in Chicago is the best restorer of these as far as I'm aware.

They both look good to me. 1969 version on left, pre 69 on right. Not sure they need to be restored just cleaned up a little.

Good point about just cleaning them up; meant to add that Joe Perri offers a full restoration, or just a rebuild with new seal for those that want to keep patina.
