Default 1970 Chevelle Data Tag?

<span style="font-weight: bold">My buddy is actively looking for a 70 Chevelle and I have some Data Tag questions. Here's what I believe to know at this point and would like some guidance.

You can't really tell if a car is a real Chevelle SS by
The Vin or Data tag unless it was Canada build and then Z15 would be on Tag. YES or NO?

Does the sequence #'s or Plant give any clue's? YES or NO?

Rear sway bar and boxed lower control arms are a good indication along with 3/8 fuel line? YES or NO?

**Also what #'s should be stamped into the left rear frame rail????

What else will help us in the search?
Thanks Ron</span>
