Default Engine builder

Can you guys recommend an engine builder and machine shop in the central New Jersey area. I have some engines that need to be redone. Thanks. Jeff

What type of builds are you looking at? Stock, Old School Performance- Day 2 type, hybrid build to look correct but have considerations for today's world?
