Default Got my radiators back

sent two radiators out to be re cored. We have a great local shop nearby that does amazing work.

Old man was in that day..he must be in his eighties..ID'ed both rads in seconds!..guy in the back been there for 35 years. Old school for sure!

You must have gotten it done on a good day! My first attempt there was not done by the top guys and was not correct. Had to have them redone by one of the experienced guys. Did they supply the core or did you? The first core I got did not look like that at all (top and bottom U channels), they did not have the correct core then, I had to get a rad from Tamaraz and have them swap the tanks.

Finding a local shop that does recores is becoming a lost art.Not to many shops do this anymore,but do have one around my area and not cheap either. Just had my L34 Nova radiator done two years ago for $525.00...

I have had good luck with them Kevin. I know who and what to ask for which helps. They know me as the crazy restoration guy!
