Default 1970 Monte Carlo

Wanted to share pics of a car I sold about 8 years ago and is currently enroute to me. It is a factory hugger orange 4 speed car. Has been pro toured a bit and I also get original trans/engine. Dont think I'll touch a thing. Has new LS-3 in it ( funny that original 402 motors were also LS-3's. ) trmec 5 speed, hotchkiss front/rear. Anxious to drive it.

To be honest I think it's a shame they did that to that car Dave. That's a really rare car and I think it's worth less now. Wish I would have bought it from Scott when I looked at it before you bought it. Anyway I bet it runs its ass off now. Enjoy the car.

I'm with ya Don. I would have preferred original if given the choice. Will be fun for me as I have never owned this type of car. Good thing is I get all the take off parts in case I ever want to bring it back to original. Thank god he stripped and painted it original color.

Finally got it and cleaned it up. Blast to drive. Was surprised original engine/trans are also rebuilt!
