1969 camaro Z28 backfiring

What would cause my 69 Camaro Z28 to backfire? First time it happened when I was starting the car and today it happened when I was accelerating on the highway. The car is backfiring thru the exhaust

Sounds like the points and or condenser may have s#it the bed if it came out of nowhere.

The car also backfired last week when I started it.

Bad fuel, failing coil, intake leak?

One or more bad or open spark plug wire,sound's like one bad plug wire for now.

I assume it is a flat tappet cam, how many miles does the cam have on it?
