Default 2 questions: convert. pump rebuilder and carb $$$

Couple of quick questions:

(1) The original power convertible top motor in my '63 Impala is leaking and needs rebuild/restore. Who do you guys recommend and how much might that cost?

(2) What is this Holley 4346 carb worth? (see attached photos) I don't know the overall condition; assume it needs full rebuild.

I don't need this carb as date code is wrong for my application, but not sure how much $$$ to fairly as for it?

Thanks

Here's another late dated 4346. Maybe it will give you an idea on price.

I'm sure some of the bidders have no idea about dates though.
