I think I've seen a different angle of this taken by someone else in the crowd.
If so,it's a girl who got a famous driver,(can't remember who..),to sign her chest,and she's lifting up her t-shirt to show the crowd.
That's her left breast/nipple below her bent left elbow over the guys left shoulder as she's holding up her t-shirt with both arms.
