Hi,
I have been offered a 1112019 distributor for my 70 Z28 but I have never seen a piece stamped with the style font used. Every genuine distributor that I have seen has used a wide font on the number portion and a narrower font on the date code. Also, all of the ones I have seen, for the number "1" in the distributor number, it is just a straight line and in the date code portion it has a "flag" line extended on the top and a line on the bottom. The first picture is of what most stampings I have seen on original distributors and the second one is the distributor in question. Has anyone ever seen any distributor stamped this way (PHOTO 2) ![]() ? Thanks. ![]() |
