Default Red Alert @ Chevell-abration

Diana and I made our yearly trek to Music City Raceway near Nashville, where each years members in town for Chevell-abration (Chevelle Nats).

First time out with the new trans, and also tried a new rear suspension setup. Ran a couple of easy 6.80s, and sure liked how most of the twist was gone on the launch.

Agreed on the twist. Unfortunately.....that has been Red Alerts signature for the last 40 years like it or not. Just cool looking.

Actually the twist came in RA's second life.

I hope to get her launching more like when Bob Hamilton raced her.

Looks like the addition of an ARB on the rear?

Bingo....

Bill, both of my racecars seem to like about 9lbs in the rear slicks.
