Default The Holy day..

My father used to say there are two kinds of people in the world.....

The Irish and those who wish they were

With that in mind, we are preparing for our annual St. Patty's Day Shindig...Karen cooked two beautiful corn beef briskets tonite and made her own special Irish Soda Bread...I added a batch of Irish Soda Bread muffins and a bottle of Tullamore Dew for good measure and of course the Guinness is on hand and we are ready to pour some "black and tans"..

Of course our party is dedicated to the memory of "himself" and the greatest Irish movie of all time "The Quiet Man"...so, if your in the neighborhood stop by and lift a glass, and we will drink to Sean, Mary Kate and all of the gang.....

It looks like you all had fun. Austin was jumping with the big South by Southwest music festival. We listened to music downtown until the weeeeeee hours of the morning. The Cult (from the 80's) played along the river and it was a great St. Patricks day.
