I am thinking of getting rid of the bias ply tires I am currently running and switching to a more modern tire. I ran across an Avon CR6ZZ tire. It is a historic race type tire suitable for street use. I like the looks of the tires. Does anyone here have any experience with them? Thanks for the help.

Radials will give you superior ride, comfort and handling. The ONLY downside is the lack of vintage look.
I have two sets of tires and wheels for my 69Z. E70 15 Firestones are going on the YH ralleys this week. I am currently running 215 65 R15 radial black walls on the FW ralleys for normal driving. Could probably get by with 225 65 15, but the 215s were close out priced from TireRack. All four for $265. Ride and handling is MUCH BETTER. If I want to show off how original the car looks it will take less than 30 min. to switch over.
