I saw this auction on ebay, Car has POP, Window sticker, Broadcast sheet, Bill of sale from VAN Chevrolet which is to hard to read but maybe the one in Kansas that was in the Yenko dealer network. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1970-Nova...=item4a9bbb734e I know the auction ended yet the claim was all REAL with some pics of the original car from back in the day. Another interesting item I noticed on the window sticker was the elusive N66 Sport Wheels.

From the seller:
"Hi, I am not sure where the car is or if it's still around at all. I never tried to search for it."

Hopefully someone saves this info. There very well may be a new L-78 Nova up for sale in the future.

considering the green 69 Z28 RS that was made from just a little more than this, I suspect you are correct on it "appearing" in the near future ...

I remember when that stuff was on Ebay a couple of auctions/owners ago. I find it hard to believe that nobody during this time hasn't run that VIN via somebody to see if it was currently registered. That probably explains the reason those doc's have been bought and sold a couple of times. My .02

The seller said in the auction that the VIN would only be available to the buyer, thence the VIN being unreadable on the auction. Its sad that this paperwork did not stay with the car when the original owner sold it. If you wanted to keep these items as mementos make copies. Makes me wonder how many original cars were separated from this type of documentation in this manner.

problem is that a lot of times the paperwork gets stashed somewhere outside of the car and forgotten about, car is sold, and years later the paperwork is found in the house somewhere during a clean out or whatever. I doubt heavily that car is still around, as said earlier, somebody MUST have ran the VIN somewhere along the line. A valid/current regsitration would definitely show up on any cop's cruiser computer

RPO N-66 wheels are the magnum 500 "SS" wheels.
They weren't included in the std. Super Sport package on the 1969 Camaro & 1969-70 Nova like they were on the Super Sport 1969-70 Chevelle/Elcamino.They had to be extra ordered/charged so they are somewhat elusive to those two F & X bodies. |

There is just an aging ongoing debate as to whether they were even an option on the 69-70 Nova SS. I very strongly believe they were. Its just the second time I have seen them on a window sticker, But the RARE Broadcast sheet should dispel that myth.
