Helping a friend with a 12 bolt from his 68 Z28. The issue is the original spring pads were removed and some aftermarket things were added. We have the aftermarket parts off the axle tubes and are ready to have new (correct) pads welded on, but still unsure on the correct pinion angle and exact measurements for pads. Anyone have this info? Thanks in advance for the help.

I'm 99% sure that the leaf spring pads are totally parallel with the pinion shaft centerline.
