I found a 69 Camaro that has been off the road since 81. It has a DZ block with badges, but drum brakes all around, 4 speed with 4 leafs in the pack but a 10 bolt, rosewood with gauges too. I haven't lifted it up to check the muncie out yet or check bellhousing numbers. Also has a curved neck radiator that has a Harrision Tag with 741 3018623
The vin is 12J379N536XXX Trim tage is ST 69 12347 NOR7701 BDY 711 79 B PNT 11A 68 2 69 3 Car needs almost all sheet metal but turns over. It been played with alot in the 70's, has Keystones, Blackjack headers, Torker Intake and an aftermarket holley. Is it a pieced together bla bla bla or worth doing up? What would be a fair price to put on it. Chad |

I was looking for X codes..and seen none. I'm 97% sure on my numbers. I am going to look at it again in about 2 hour and will recheck them.
I might have the bottom line of data plate wrong after the 11A Thanks |

I rechecked the numbers...and came across
vin 124379N536xxx ST 69 12347 NOR 177101 TR 11 79B PNT 11A There is no X code in it, as I am guessing this is an early car. I checked for speedo cable and it is on the very outter side of the firewall, between the fender and the booster...but about 4 inches lower than the booster bottom. One still has to push in the clutch for the safty to turn the car over. The oil line for the gauges is coming through to the left side of the firewall..but the rubber is gone. It has green paint on all the sheetmetal yet, and even has locking hood pins. It has an SS hood on it, with the loovers, which shows green on it it too. It also has both rear exhaust hangers on it along with the curved neck radiator. I wondering how pieced together it is from back in the day. Its very crusty under the car but looks like it has all original sheetmetal. We cleaned up the points and got it to run for about 30 seconds. I didn't want to run it more than that since it hasn't ran for 27 years until today. But she still idles. |

The curved-neck radiator, drum brakes, 10-bolt, and speedo cable hole by the fuse block say it's not a Z/28; all Z's had power disc brakes, 12-bolt, 3-row straight-neck radiator, and a Muncie with the speedo penetration below the wiper motor.
