Default 396 decode help

I looked at an engine tonight that was stamped T11I3YR.
It is a 272 casting with a casting date of J218.
I can't find the code in my books, so I am thinking it might be a truck engine.

Yep..3spd. & 4spd.manual trans. equipped 396 w/A.I.R.installed in 1969 CE10-20-30 series trucks.
