I would have to say it's a clone; notice the '68 rear quarters. It appears to be a '68 that's been cloned into a '67 Shelby or it could be a real '67 that someone put '68 replacement quarters on..............

Car is still parked same location hasnt moved. Passenger rear tire is flat. got out and looked at the car and heres some more pictures. Extended lugs for the tires and race seats/harness's for both driver and passengers. Traction bars as well. Shelby gas cap, fold down rear seat?? As for it being a clone would someone go through the trouble of putting the holes through the body on the lower qtr vents. They look to be factory made not something someone would have punched or cut out. Car has a lot of junk in the rear seat area and the pictures of the front interior are junk since he had a sun shade on the front windshielf. Seems to have been set up for racing though. Also has cowl vent covers installed in frontof the windshield. No one came out at the place the car was parked in front of as I was hoping so i could ask the have the car opened up and the hood opened so I could get more pictures. With the sun shade in place I could not see a VIN on the dash either

The Shelby VIN (if the car is in fact a real Shelby) will be on a plate on the drivers side inner fender; not visible unless the hood is open. That plate covers up the original Ford VIN which is stamped right into the inner fender.

I still say it's a fake; if I'm not mistaken, those are 1968 front fenders. I would bet that someone cloned a 1968 into a 1967 Shelby.
