Default Need Input on Value - 67 SS Camaro, 69 Z/28

Fellas -

With the market swings these days, I'm not so sure on value, so thought I'd run a few by y'all -

67 SS350 Camaro, Triple black (vinyl top) and stripe delete (special order car). Survivor in very good driver condition - original paint and interior, engine, etc. Maybe 50k miles. Has languished in a garage for 9 years. Have not seen it yet, but hope to see it soon. Realize it's tough to put a value without pics, but a ballpark would be nice. Car has docs (protecto-plate, and more, I think).

69 Z/28 R/S. Red (not Hugger Orange) with white stripes. Black interior. Gauges. Did not ask about cowl hood, but I assume it has one. Original DZ 302. In very nice condition; not concours restored, but very nice with one repaint. Have not seen this one either. Just trying to get an idea of what these are going for.

Thanks in advance for any info,

Scott

The 67 is probably worth 42-45k...

The 69 is harder to guage... there are alot of variable there... original interior? carb? smog? 837? 480? Ralley's?
If it is an non-professional resto with wrong finishes and missing the above items... probably only worth 35-40k once you start backing into a number based on a correctly restored car...
You could easily add 10k in big parts not to mention disassembly and refinishing components to make it correct...

Better off Going out and buying a correctly restored one for 75k or less...

Wow - didn't realize the '67 would be worth that much; my guesstimate was much lower. Will see if I can check it out this weekend. I was closer to the value on the 69; figured around $40k in today's market.

Thanks for the input.

Maybe the 67 isn't worth quite that much but I figure triple black survivor makes up a lot of ground...

Saw the '67 today - it's a stripe and rear spoiler delete car. Also has RS option, deluxe interior, A/C, cruise, tilt, gauges, front disc brakes (4 piston?), fold down rear seat, etc. Owner has the original order sheet (can see where he ordered with stripe and spoiler delete) and other documents; unsure on protecto-plate. Has 112k miles. Almost all original paint; one fender has been repainted from a minor fender bender.

Car is not actively for sale, but think it can be bought. Any other ideas on value after the additional info? Attaching some pics. I need another car like I need a hole in my head, but I'm thinking about it...

Thanks,

Scott

I agree with Charley; that tidbit and the @!#^%& "CAUTION - FAN" sticker would be immense red flags to me.
