nothing to note... Hugger orange top and bottom... black std interior built 4th week oct. in LA...
no way to tell anything else by the cowl tag...

If you felt it necessary or just wanted to anyway, you could also confirm the probability the Tag belongs to the Vin by comparing the build date w/ monthly shipping information by Vin available on CRG..

It's believed to be a Fisher Body internal tracking code on US built cars that has no relevance once the vehicle leaves the assembly line.
If Fisher Body kept records of these,they ain't been found.
