Listing was on Craigslist when I reached out to the seller a week or so ago.. His response on asking for the vin was "No vin stamp as they didn't start that unit '72".. As mentioned its a restamp. I initially thought it was legit but after discussing with Mello he convinced me I was wrong and then I received the above reply..

Maybe that sanding at the bottom is intentional to help the change from an E to an O.
