Sold Hot Rod magazine year books #1,#2, and #3

Hello All

I have a set of hot Rod Magazine year books. They are #1 (1961), #2 (1962), and #3 (1963) they are all in very nice shape. I had the rate them on a scale of 1 to 10, it would be as follows:
#1 probably about a 7 it Has a tear about 2 inches long at the binding in the front, the rest of the pages are nice.

#2 Probably about an 8. Small tear in the back at the binding about a half inch long. Rest of the pages are very nice.

#3 probably about an 8 as well, only because the back of it has what looks like The red outer covering is coming off slightly. Pages are very nice however.

These books belong to a mentor of mine, they’ve been in my possession for probably 20 years but he bought them when they were new and he was a drag racer from the 50s. 60s, 70s, all the way into the 80s before he passed away of cancer at a very young age of 60.You could tell he enjoyed these by looking at the Edges, slightly dirty from somebody looking at them but took enough care because they are wrinkled or beat up. $10 Ea.
