Where can I get the tool needed to pull the rear window trim of the clips on a 70 camaro? What type of coating was used to paint the axle and gas tank white? I also need a place to rebuild a single master cylinder. thanks richard w

I believe that Advanced Auto or O'reillys has them... The tool is shaped like a thin crescent with a handle in the middle of the back. (In the apex of the curve)
If they don't then a local paint supply shop will. The gas tanks were not white from the factory... they were bare galvanized. The rear axles were painted black. Backing plates etc... they came from an outside facility and were painted by them. The yoke and the dust cover had a tube over them to keep paint off of the surface where the U-joint would seat. White Post restorations in Virginia (google search) does good mastercylinder work.
