XT wheels

I recently purchased a full set (4) of these wheels and 2 appear to be slightly bent and 2 seem to have a little runout. The way I checked them was to put them on a spindle with no caliper and made a jig and spun them. Checking the outside bead inside bead, face and rear face,then inside center for flat spots. The questions I have is are these wheels that crudely made and is there anybody in the business of trueing steel wheels out there.I do plan on driving the car on a limited basis and not just rolling on and off a trailer after restoration, Any info would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
