Default 1971 Nova SS?

I just looked at a 1971 Nova SS. The car is burnt orange (code62). The car has the bright chrome option, body side moldings, Sandlewood Custom bench interior, multi leaf rear, and 3/8 fuel lines with return. The car has the holes for the rear tail SS trim plate and an ss emblem in the non blacked-out(standard) grill. The car does not have the original motor/trans. It has Power Steering and Power front disk brakes. How can I tell if it's a real SS? The hood has been changed so that is no help either.

Thanks for the help!

P.S. The car is For Sale if anyone is looking.
