Notice the "Not included in aution I also have the" in the description. He is NOT selling all that in this auction. It's just the 1969 Z28 302.
Here's the link.

IMO The only reason for bringing up the cowl with the vin and cowl tags and the title is to find a buyer looking to build a matching numbers car. Sure only the DZ mill is for sale through ebay but I'd love to see the e-mail the guy gets!!

I was just pointing out the "facts". I'm sure the seller did it that way on purpose to try cut back on the chance of being shut down.

He could be letting everyone know that the title, vin, and trim tag is availible. He may not need these items once the motor is sold. Money talks. I have heard stories of individuals selling basket case Z28 shells w/ title on ebay. In there item description they would state that they would send just the title, vin, trim tag to save on shipping cost if that is what the winning bidder would prefer. They are out there people! Not always breaking the rules, just bending them as far as they can.
