Old and new photos of Le Mans Blue Yenko Chevelle

This is Gary and Joyce Birch with their new 1969 Yenko Chevelle. Tom Billigen sent this great original picture along with a photo of his car in it its present restored condition. Thanks Tom, Gary and Joyce

In the original photo the car still has its Goodyear Wide Track GTs, also has the 69 style 427 emblem with the bar under numbers. Some original Yenko Chevelles pictures have the 68 427 emblem with no bar. It has the short piece of hood stripe between the chrome grill and end of hood. Some original pics have it some do not. I guess the stripes were not done to any strict format. Still has the sYc on headrests. I am collecting photos and information on the COPO/Yenko Chevelles to do more research on them.
