Default HURST Shifter Rubber handle isolators and retaining clips

Looking for lower cost alternative supplier of the Rubber Shifter Handle
Isolators and the Stainless Steel Retaining Clips

And do they have to be purchased in sets or can I just buy the
stainless clips separately

I was quoted $33 for the 4 pcs (2 clips / 2 rubbers)

Also need the rubber bushings that go into the three levers on
bottom of 3138 Hurst Shifter
