Default Interesting Full Size 4-speed - '68 Plymouth Fury

Cool car with the factory 383/4-sp combo - not a commonly seen powertrain in a full-size '68 Fury....

My buddy had that exact car only painted maroon. Same drivetrain. He was a small guy. So when just cruising around he would wind the heck out of 2nd gear and jump to 4th gear skipping 3rd because it was a long reach for him. Cool car !!! Thanks for sharing. ROB

Interesting....there's currently a 68 Sport Fury convertible with 383 and 4 speed on BaT, but it's in far worse shape than the hardtop on eBay. My wife refers to the full size 2 door Chrysler product cars of this era as "quarter panel kings" and with good reason.
