Does anyone have pictures of the 69 Camaro factory tach disassembly once it's out of the dash? Mine stopped working. I pulled it out and did a cursory look over it and didn't see anything wrong. More than likely I'll buy a board from "cajuntachshop" on eBay and swap it out. Before I do I'd like to see a couple pics of the swap. I have an electronics background so this kind of thing doesn't scare me.
I have the AC Tach Repair Man from 1967, but I'd like to see a pic or two of the actual breakdown if someone has it. Also, I have an a/m tach in there temporarily so I know the wiring is good. This is the best pic I have for now. I took the two spade connectors off and the three nuts to pull the first part off, but that's as far as I went. It looks like the third one might have a rivet that needs to be drilled before the rest will come apart. ![]() Thanks.
