Second Owner '62 Impala 409/409, Black on Red

Sounds like this one was restored and left in a garage until the owner passed...and rediscovered as a barn find Currently being sold by the second owner, and I'm calling it a flip because the guy didn't even wash it before he listed the car on Ebay (he did subsequently wash it and added a few pics of it cleaned up).

Neat car nonetheless, and sounds like the window sticker comes with the car.

What do you guys think this one is worth? Something south of $50k, but I'm curious what the consensus is.
