1970 Nova Exhaust Hangers

Does anyone know where to buy re-pop exhaust hangers for a 70 396 Nova? Will Camaro hangers work?

Gardner is the only one repoping the correct header pipe hangers for the Novas,if those are what you are looking for and not the tail pipe type.If John doesn't have the type you are looking for,i doubt if Gardners would sell just the hangers,they would want you to buy a complete system only.

Amazing only Gardner makes these. Novas do not get much respect in the restoration world. I bought the ones from John. Are the tail pipe hangers the same as 69 Novas or Camaros?

The farthest rear hangers on big block 69 Novas is a different part number than what was used on all 69 Camaros, small block and six cylinder 69 Novas, and all 70 71 and 72 Nova and similar Pontiac Ventura models. How much difference there is I don't know, since I can only pass along what information is in my Chevy parts books. If you tell me exactly which hangers you need for your 70 Nova, I'll be glad to look up the original GM part numbers.

I can't say if the tail pipe hangers are the same as the Camaros.I looked in a Classic Industries catalog and they don't list any type of hanger sets for a third gen Nova,but in the Camaro catalog they do list a complete set for a 69.You are correct about the Novas not getting any respect... Take a chance and buy a set of tail pipe hangers for a 69 Camaro,they just might work,i don't see why they wouldn't.
