Default YouTube footage...where's this?.

Here's some old footage w/ altereds, slingshots etc...maybe 1967'ish at the latest?.
The YouTube notes say Lake Geneva...anyone recognize any cars?.
It's not real clear also looks like the film format transfer has speeded things up?.
Can anyone w/ a higher def. or larger screen tell if that Topolino near the start is the famous Karbelt record holder car w/ my old pal Curly at the wheel?.

Lake Geneva Raceway (wisconsin) History
LGR was originally known as the Lake Geneva Speed Center. Promoters generated publicity by building an airplane landing strip, which they used to bring in movie stars. The promoters claimed the starts were part of the huge investment being made to construct a drag strip that would be nationally known. [2] Lake Geneva was the home to a Playboy Mansion. [3] Contractors got swallowed up in the excitement and did work without upfront payment.

Drag Strip
The track opened on July 3, 1963 as a drag strip. Only 600 fans showed up. The first drag race was won by Fox. Contractors talked to each other after the event, and found out that none of them had been paid. The contractors formed a group and took over the track. The final drag race was held in 1977, and was won by Fritz Barels

Hey All! OK so this is an old one, but so am I! I have an X Fritz Barels drag car! I was looking up information on my old friend Fritz when I found this post. I will have to look up the Lake Geneva Raceway WIKI, (is that site up?), but it may be one of the last cars he ran there. Anybody have pictures of the '71 Trans Am he was involve in? I would love to add some of those to my portfolio of the car.
Thanks a Million!
J
