8" Timing Cover, 13 vs. 31?
Would any one take a guess as to what date this 1969 BB 8" Timing Cover would be? The 3 or the 1 was stamped upside down?
It is either the 13th week of 69 or It is 31st week of 69? What do you think?   Dan
