Old Pic of founder of Cecil County Raceway

My cousin posted a pic of her Dad (my Dad´s cousin)on her facebook. He actually built Cecil County Raceway.

Thought you guys would like...anyone remember ??

I have an inquiry for any old pics from the racway back in the day...hope to hit the jackpot and acquire some vintage photos.
