Love the old restoration pics. I have an album from my Z/28’s previous owner documenting its resto in ‘86-87 and it’s priceless.

----The owner apparently wanted to make his 68 into a 69. 68's had no emblem on the front fenders, nor was there a chrome louver option (69 code TJ2) in 68.Fairly common back in the day to make your corvette look like a newer model...Bill S
