I received the NCRS report today.
It was delivered new to Humphrey Chevrolet in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Bought my first car at Humphrey in '69, a '65 Corvair. They had a Yenko franchise for '67, sold a lot of Corvettes and performance cars.
Small dealership in a congested area, now a soccer field.
