I like the little flares, not sure what VIN is on the pad, but it doesn't belong to this car.
The frame rust is scary.

The frame rust is bad, but I think the pillars and all the visible rust under the dash suggest it’s not worth saving. Looks like it was stored outdoors under a cover in a very hot/humid area.
