Really cool Camaro, assume just the way it is, would be a blast to drive. Would get my vote over a restored one, anyone can bolt on shiny new parts.

7000rpm wasn't nice to the Quanta belt. Any replacement recommendations that can handle the rpm?

With the hardware gone, it's amazing the belt was still on, after it's world turned upside down...

I'd get another of the same belt, since it lived and performed it's job that well.

NAPA Gold fixed the same problem I had with Quanta.

I swapped out the belt for a parts store US made replacement that had the least amount of labels printed on the belt. Took the car out today and everything works as it should!

I parked the car in the garage, shut off the lights which left the garage opener light the only one on and thought it really brought out the stinger hood. So I present to you
Stinger Hood Saturday!

Default Cool photos

Cool photos. Stinger hood looks great in that amount of light.

What brand belt did you buy? What store?

Thanks,
Marty
