Yes, they had a sale going on when the computer system went down, so he is extending it, now that they are back up and running.

Sort of unrelated to the weather issue but I have had so many horrible experiences with HBC, I vowed to never give them another dollar of money. I have given them a lot of my dollars in the past.

That’s about the most generic non apology I have seen in some time. No” free shipping if your order was delayed”, no olive branch of anything. I’m not sure how extending the sale is considered a “Courtesy to our customers “. What does that mean? Just own the problem and take the hit.
