Interesting how the vin side of the pad is really cut up and the other side is not. Almost looks like you can make out more numbers but that is a mess

If I were selling a car with an original POP, I would not cover up the name or the address.
One of the most common tactics they use on fake POPs is a non existent address. Also very common to use a name of someone who recently died. I am NOT saying this is a fake POP. Just don't know of a valid reason why they are covering up name and address.

If I wanted to document that it was a real L89 car why didn't they include the engine and trans in the original 1997 video as they were gone. Could have been blown up or stolen as happened to many of them.
