It reminded me of this '66 I looked at buying. The original owner installed something similar on his car when new.

'67 GTO that I bought when I was 17 for $600 back in 1985. It was a black interior 4 speed with power front disc brakes(4 piston calipers) tach/gauges no console. Car was originally turquoise. California black plates too. I was a dumb kid and sold it for $900... what the hell.. I made a couple hundred on it..

Here is my friend and former employee Nancy with her Mother's brand new HO/HD 3 speed (Odd combo!) '67, sold from Feldman Pontiac in downtown Waterloo. The building is now an Overhead Door franchise, I happened to drive by while it was stripped for re-paint.
Also more recent pix, Nancy is in contact with the current owner in IL.
