I have a NOS 4911476 wiper motor as shown available.

I believe it fits 63-67 Nova 2spd 65-67 Chevelle and 67 Camaro.

Housing should be more round for 67 Camaro and think there should be 5 electrical terminals for Camaro. Might want to verify.

I think we are Correct:
The Missing Terminals would be the Two for the Washer fluid Pump which is not included in this Service Part. The Housing gear box extension is Round, 1968/69 is Oval. Here is a previously sold (By Anthony) item here at Y.net same PN for Reference.
