Default 12 Bolt Diff COVER...OEM vs Repop

Does a GOOD Condition, Media Blasted, Epoxy Primed Cover have any more Value
(to some restorers) than the USA repro sold by Heartbeat City ??? in your opinion

To me, yes. I ALWAYS prefer OEM. Maybe the repop cover is REALLY an exact match. Problem is that every repop part marketed as "exact" or "show quality" seems to have some little something that isn't correct.

Seeing as you can still find originals if you are persistent, I don't know why anyone would go with repop.

As exact as a repop can be , I can never get them to not leak ! no matter what I do . So only OEM for me

OEM only.
The no notches type makes it more of a challenge and we always look close at any we come across.
If really lucky we get the RBW or RSC odd bolts to boot.

Real nice ones are not that common, so we only have 2 spare ones.
