This beautiful 2003 Mercedes-Benz SLK 320 6-speed has only 10,760 original miles and a clean Car Fax report. The R170 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class is the first generation of the Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class range of compact luxury roadsters manufactured by Mercedes-Benz between 1995 and 2004. Over the nine year production period only 33,416 SLK 320 models were built in total for worldwide distribution. This example was built in June of 2002. It was ordered with a rare color combination of an Amber Red Metallic exterior and Magma Red leather interior. From the information gathered it was sold new to its first owner on August 24th, 2002 by Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway located in Houston, Texas. The first owner was the caretaker for over 11 years before selling the car on October 24th, 2013 with 5,076 original miles to the second owner who lived in Palm Beach, Florida. The second owner was the caretaker for almost 10 years before selling the car on October 4th, 2023 with 10,148 original miles to MS CLASSIC CARS. The vehicle has been part of the MS CLASSIC CARS Collection for the last year and driven roughly 600 miles for pleasure. This is the first time it's been offered for sale. The exterior is in beautiful condition and reflective of the low 10,760 original miles. It retains the original factory Amber Red Metallic paint which was tested with an electronic paint meter as documented in the photo gallery. The bottom of the front bumper, front left fender and rear bumper molding had minor scuffs that were touched up. The paint was recently detailed to a show quality finish by the team at MS CLASSIC CARS. The car features a power-retractable body-color hardtop which is in great working order. Some additional features include auto dimming mirrors, xenon headlights with washers, fog lights and a heated rear window. The car sits on 16” 5-spoke alloy wheels that present very nicely. The wheels are wrapped with brand new Fullway HP108 tires that are 205/55/16 on the front and 225/50/16 on the rear. The exterior is complemented with a gorgeous Magma Red leather interior with black accents. The interior is also in beautiful condition which is also reflective of the low 10,760 original miles. Some of the red trim has some minor scuffs which were touched up. The dash pad, 4-spoke leather wrapped steering wheel, top of door panels, bucket seat bolsters and carpeting is trimmed in black. The dash fascia, center console, shifter boot, door panels and bucket seat inserts are trimmed in red. It features white face gauges and dual-zone climate controls that are trimmed in chrome. Some additional features include an auto dimming rear view mirror, Bird's Eye Maple Black wood trimmed steering wheel and center console, adjustable steering column, air conditioning, power mirrors, power windows, heated power adjustable seats, cup holder, six-disc CD changer, BOSE sound system, multiple storage compartments and brand new carpeted Sport embossed carpeted floor mats. The roll bars behind the seats add protection and a sporty appearance. The trunk compartment is very clean and spacious. The engine compartment is nicely detailed throughout. It retains all the factory original stickers and assembly paint marks. The car is powered by a 3.2L V6 which was factory-rated at 215 horsepower with 229 lb-ft of torque. The engine is coupled to a 6-speed manual transmission that shifts effortlessly. The undercarriage is also nicely detailed throughout. The car is equipped with an independent front and rear multilink suspension as well as an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) and Automatic Slip Control (ASR). The stopping power is provided by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes. The original owner's manuals, windscreen, touch up paint and car cover are included with the sale.
