Thank you Charley. Chris mentioned something about there possibly being a washer under the head bolts and this confirms it. Do you have any photos of the exhaust and intake bolts? I believe the intake are the same as in all BB aluminum but was insure on the exhaust as normal BB bolts have a special thread and was not sure they used those on the aluminum heads as well.
