Thanks for posting those. Reminds me of the Revs Institute in Naples, FL. Well worth visiting if you're ever in the area as it has similar write ups about the significance of each car on display.

Mark, it is on my bucket list to visit the Revs Institute. I hear the cars there are spectacular and they have several of Briggs Cunningham’s race cars.


What is the story on the 1966 Corvette? It looks like the #4 1965 green/green Corvette that was originally a white fuelie and converted to a 396 with sidepipes. That car was at the Texas Regional last October if the same one.

Tim, I must not of taken a photo of the signage on this 1966 Corvette.
I don’t think this is the same car. This one is a 425hp 427 and if my memory serves me Dr. Simeone years ago said it had just over 10,000 original miles.
