Add to all this, the fact that they have not updated the Dodge.com "build&price" section, and it really shows they just don't care. 90% of the problems we are having are directly related to the fact that buyers have no way to see what is actually available for options/colors/specs, because it still shows the 2022 information. And it's now four months into the 2023 model year and the assembly line has been pumping them out since December. Tthere is still no way to see what the standard mag wheel is that a car comes with...or the optional ones available, or what components come in a certain package.
I described the 807 to 797 bait and switch for the NBREJB car that one guy received: another guy just took delivery of a 2023 Scatpack Challenger. The 2022 build&price shows it as coming with a special interior with embroidered "ScatPack" logos in the seats. What showed up at his dealer had the base model, "rental car" interior with nothing but cheap black canvas material and no logos. He was pissed!
